Success is written all over Tudor Cisu. From the moment he stepped foot in Syracuse, success has already trailed his heels.
He spent his high school years at Fayetteville-Manlius High School where he raised the bar of academic distinction. Being in the honor list was probably second nature for him, but on top of this, he also bagged numerous awards and achievements that have made his alma mater proud. Among the most notable is the scholarship given him by the New York State.
Tudor Cisu also gave honor to Fayetteville-Manlius High School when he coveted the Perfect Score Medal in the National Latin Exam in 2005. A year before this, however, he already possessed the Silver Medal. Two years hence, he was the owner of the Gold Medal.
As if his proficiency in the dead language is not enough, he also developed varying degrees of understanding and command in 5 other languages including Spanish, French and Italian. He is also very well-acquainted with computer science, programming and computer languages like Visual Basic.
Now that he is in college, he continuously pursues for achievement. He already participated in a major research in spinal cord injury, worked in three different research laboratories, and applied for undergraduate student summer fellowship at American Heart Association. In between these and his studies, he works as a PSAT/SAT tutor for high school students to obtain the National Merit Scholarship Program.
Of course, for a whiz kid like Tudor Cisu, having achieved these things is just one part of his success. There are far bigger things to come and he eagerly anticipates these in the future.
